Double File Trail Elementary

Hello Brave Community!  Happy Friday!  Today has been such an exciting day.  We started our day by announcing that (SLC teacher) Mrs. Sherrill Erwin is our Double File Trail Elementary Teacher of the year, and (SLC Educational Assistant) Mrs. Linda Richarte is our Double File Trail Elementary Humanitarian of the year!  I am thrilled to be on this DFT team with both of these deserving ladies providing a teaching and learning experience that positively impacts and inspires each of our BRAVE students! As a Leader in Me campus, we highlight one of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People each month.  Our habit of the month this month is Habit 4: Think Win-Win !   We teach our students how to think of others when problem solving.  Our goal is to arrive at solutions that benefit everyone involved. Hello Brave Community!  Happy Monday and Happy New Year!   I hope that you had an enjoyable Winter Break! Last week was an exciting first week back .   It was so refreshing to be back amongst our student body of amazingly smart and kind leaders.   We are rested and ready to continue to provide an exceptional teaching and learning experience for all of our BRAVE students!
