Hello, Brave Community! Happy Tuesday! I hope that this newsletter finds you healthy and well. COVID is hitting our campus hard! We have had quite a few teachers and staff members out since we returned from Winter Break. Please know that we are working diligently to ensure that each day each classroom has a caring, responsible adult who is equipped to provide an exceptional teaching and learning experience for each of our BRAVE students! As a Leader in Me campus, we highlight one of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People each month. Our habit of the month this month is Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood ! We teach our students to listen to others and to try to understand the views and feelings of others, even if they are different from their own. Word of the Week (WOW): This week’s word is INITIATIVE . It is an adjective that means “taking the first step”. Partner with us in focusing on our campus WOW.
