Week of 4.15.19
Hello Brave Community!
Happy Monday! I am already celebrating this short week of
school. Friday is a holiday for students
and staff. I am looking forward to the
gift of an extra day to spend with friends and family. I hope that you are able to enjoy the long
weekend as well!
As a Leader in Me campus, we highlight
one of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People each week. Our habit of the week this week is Habit 6: Synergize! We teach our students the value of working
together with others. We provide
opportunities for teamwork among students because we know that they can get
more done when working with a group than working alone.
Word of
the Week (WOW):
This week’s word is “thoughtful”. It
is an adjective that means considerate and caring. Partner with us in focusing
on our campus WOW. Ask your student to use the word in a sentence or
perhaps you could be very intentional in your use of our
word. Thanks for your participation!

Committee:
This committee is comprised of

any other focus areas for the school year.
Our next meeting is April 22, 2019.
KONA Ice:
We will have our next Kona
Ice day on Thursday, May 2nd.
Expect the Kona Ice trucks to be parked on the side of the building on
the basketball court again. Thanks for supporting
our school by purchasing a cool treat.
It’s a WIN-WIN!
