Week of 4.1.19
Hello Brave Community!
Happy Monday! We have a very busy April ahead of us; this
month is packed with many exciting events. Among the excitement is our much
awaited PTA Carnival! I would love to
see all of our BRAVE students and families attend the carnival on Saturday for
an exceptional
afternoon of fun!
As a Leader in Me campus, we highlight one of the Seven
Habits of Highly Effective People each week. Our habit of the week this week is Habit 4: Think Win-Win! We teach our students how to think of others
when problem solving. Our goal is to
arrive at solutions that benefit everyone involved.
Word of the Week (WOW):
This week’s word is “initiative”. It
is an adjective that means taking the first step. Partner with us in focusing
on our campus WOW. Ask your student to use the word in a sentence or
perhaps you could be very intentional in your use of our
word. Thanks for your participation!
Closed Campus
We will be a closed campus on April
9-10 for STAAR Testing. Please do not
make plans to visit campus on those days.

any other focus areas for the school year.
Our next meeting is April 22, 2019.

We will have our next Kona

Expect the Kona Ice trucks to be parked on the side of the building on
