Week of 10.28.19
Hello Brave Community!
Happy Monday Evening! We ended last week on a high note. Our amazing
PTA did a fantastic job hosting Trunk or Treat! It was very well attended and all of the
feedback that I have received has been super positive. We are so fortunate to
have a PTA that provides such great events for our BRAVE families!
As a Leader in Me campus, we highlight
one of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People each month. Our habit of the month of October is Habit 1:
Be Proactive! We teach and model for our students a “can
do” attitude. We emphasize that each
student is in charge of themselves. We
remind them that they chose their actions, as well as their moods.
Word of the Week
(WOW):
This week’s word is “WARY”.
It is an adjective that means to feel or show caution. Partner with us in focusing on our campus
WOW. Ask your student to use the word in
a sentence or perhaps you could be very intentional in your use of our
word. Thanks for your participation!
Winter Fest

their ability to achieve excellence in education. I want to partner with you to
make this happen. Please don’t hesitate
